Nothing Can Separate Us

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Reflection
Paul lists nearly everything that could threaten to come between you and God's love, then says none of it can. Not your circumstances, not your past, not your worst day. Read the list slowly — it's meant to be exhaustive.
Prayer
Lord, thank you that your love for me isn't up for negotiation. Nothing today can put me outside of it. Amen.
